The Kenwood Mini Chopper is one of the handiest small appliances in any kitchen, especially for those of us who hate chopping onions! I received my Mini Chopper as a wedding gift and put it to work immediately. Initially I would use it and then put it away in a cupboard, but as time went by I realised that it should live on the kitchen counter next to the toaster as it gets used daily.
The Mini Chopper is made of the usual quality materials associated with Kenwood. The blade is sharp and strong and is showing no signs of getting blunt after a year of use. The Mini Chopper is easy to use and clean. There is only one button to put it on and you need to compress it to activate the chopper; when you lift your finger off the button the Chopper will stop.
I use the Mini Chopper mainly for chopping onions, herbs and nuts; and it deals with these within seconds.
There is only one negative about the Chopper: the bowl is showing signs of frequent use as it is made of clear plastic - it looks scratched.
