Farm Food ShopsNewest Review: ... From frozen peas to frozen rack of lambs, this place has anything and everything that one could possibly need to cook up a storm. They do carry other essential home items such as toilet and kitchen rolls, sauces, eggs, dairy products, soft drinks, bread etc. Farmfoods carry famous brands in their store such as Birds Eye and Aunt Bessie's to name a few. However, one should check out Farmfoods own-label food products to bag yourself a bargain. Frozen vegetables for example are much cheaper but equally good as compared to the more well known brands. I am particularly fond of its range of frozen seafood such as raw king prawns and scallops... more |

For those who love to cook from scratch but do not have the luxury of visiting the supermarkets or markets every other day for fresh foods, Farmfoods is a good place to get your supply. Freezing is one the most effective method of preserving food and Farmfoods understand this better than anyone else. Ok I find myself shopping here at least once a month really should be more I dont know why it isnt maybe as everytime I come here with my shopping list I always see so much more so obviously end up buying way too much more then I intended. I always find fantastic bargains in my local Farmfoods which is situated in Sunbury and do actually find it better then the other supermarkets I buy my weekly shopping from. With fantastic offers in near enough every freezer I look in its no wonder why I generally end up overspending and why Farmfoods is pretty well known and shopped in. Obviously Farmfoods is well know for its frozen foods but also has the ... Read the complete review

my philosophy in life is you get what you pay for but shopping at Farmfoods was a pleasant surprise. I was sent some Farmfoods vouchers in a free local newspaper so decided to give it a try & found some fabulouus bargains I bought loads of basics for the storecupboard - the prices were very good compared to Sainsburys & Tesco. The frozen food was, I think, much cheaper than main supermarkets - frozen veg & chicken were good value so stocked up on those. The atmosphere was not as good & I found the trolley had a mind of its own but the staff were pleasant & I def. noticed a difference in price when I went to pay & the bags ... Our local farm food shop in Invergordon is brilliant lots of different items and so much to choose from you cannot go wrong. Cheap and affordable but of a good quality. My favorite find there is their barbeque packs for around £10 sometimes a bit cheaper but generally around this price guide and you get a good selection of items ranging from Large Sausages jumbo sized. 1/2 pounder burgers which are very tasty for someone who doesnt like them much. Big juicy pork spare ribs in a sauce bbq flavour. chicken legs can't think what else but well worth the money. Also Their range of Duck and chicken is very cheap and good value for growing familys too. They have a range of ... Read the complete review

This is a bit like the Primark of the supermarkets. You wont get everything that you want but what you do get is well worth the trip. Here are my views: They are well priced and always offer the best deals that I have seen on frozen foods. Also some groceries but that I find is the only fault with them. You can get your basics, i.e bread, milk, cheese slices, cold meat, biscuits, crisps & a selection of tins. Then you get the frozen foods large stock base covering everything that you need. Not necessarily what you want, you may prefer fresh meat rather than frozen but I find that their frozen foods are tasty enough. Here ... Read the complete review
