Advantages: Gorgeous chocolate, a large variety, different to other shops

Disadvantages: A little expensive

Now I love chocolate.

So when I was shopping in the Bullring in Birmingham a good 6 months ago I thought I'd take a look in this shop called Hotel Chocolat.

First step in the door, taking a look to my left, are the biggest, nicest looking slabs of chocolate I have ever seen!! Cookie ones, caramel ones, different chocolate, I was going to buy one, then I looked at the price. About £11 which I thought could go towards something more practical!!

Looking around the shop, they have different racks for milk, dark and white chocolate all with variations i.e. with cranberries, swirlled chocolate, cookies, nuts, caramel, anything you could think of really! These come in much smaller slabs which are quiet ideal really if it's just a treat for yourself! They usually do an offer aswell 3 slabs for about £2.85 or something around that. They aren't exactly cheap but are usually worth it as the quality is much better than other stores (particularly Thorntons).

My favourite is the White Chocolate Cookie creme! Honestly the white chocolate is divine and there are lots of cookie bits on top.

They also do other products like chocolate coated coffee beans, chocolate spread (called Smudge which is lush), chocolate lollies, and much more!!

So if you see one of these stores when out shopping, just take a look and give yourself a little treat!!

Summary: This shop is worth a look in, you will be tempted at their original and tasty products!
