tesco clifton moor york .coldest place on earth.i complained to cust service dept along with a lot of other people.reply from cust service was,were ppaid to stand here we have no option ,you as a customer are paying to stand here,think about it, so i stood and watched for 15 mins and the very old were freezing ,turning blue,and going home without shopping,i was then told that a hole in roof could not be repaired and that is whats causing the gale to blow through,noticed all the dept managers were out of sit and in the warmer areas.your customer service dept is running at a smaller area due to refurbishment and with only 2 staff on it means the queues were longer and the temprature was to me unacceptable ,i am off asda.and will sort my problem TV out another day at tesco,heard one man say he was a HSE
inspector (retired) so to day tesco are lucky,very very lucky as even outdoor workers are helped to keep warm.

Summary: my feelings
