Tesco is no longer my new best friend! I have been a loyal customer for the last couple of years. The problem is that I live miles from my nearest Tesco, so only shop online. Tesco seem to have forgotten about online customers. Their recent vouchers for 5p off fuel are totally useless, and delivery charges are now much steeper in comparison to me driving to my nearest Asda. I find a lot of their items that are short dated are not advertised as so, and I just feel like a second class customer. Having said that, online shopping for groceries can be an absolute godsend at moments of extreme stress! I would recommend people try it and see for themselves. The drivers vary from extremely helpful to shall we say, the opposite. Pricewise, they are slightly dearer than Asda but some of the offers are outstanding, it just takes time and patience on the website to check them all out.

Summary: The convenience of online deliveries has worn off, I'm afraid!
