I have been shopping at the Stafford branch of Tesco for a number of years and have always found the staff most helpful, they do take a lot of stick from some customers , especially the ignorant ones, I find common courtesy a simple thing to use , after all it's not the greatest job in the world having to deal with joe public when he/she has got out of bed on the wrong side . My shopping bill is often reduced by the "special offers" and the 5p off petrol vouchers are a splendid idea, especially as I get points as well. the "deals" are handy too, I just exchanged £20 worth of vouchers for £80 worth of restaurant vouchers ! result ! The on line service is ok but I do find the delivery charges a bit excessive and it also annoys me that they offer £5 off your first on line order as I joined before this.
