Tesco's out of date food (Tesco)

Advantages: you could say cheap prices

Disadvantages: long queues and sometimes out of date food

there is a very tough competition between supermarkets these days and in my opinion tesco is falling behind. Now a days i go to tesco and plan on spending ten pounds, i come home and have found that i have bought food for a day! There have been various incidents where i have been very unhappy by the quality of the food as well, and find that on numerous occasions i am buying out of date food that i have had to return and on one occasion ate a sandwich and actually felt a ill afterwards. The cost of the food however is on the down side as well as you are not really paying for a great quality of food and i would much rather go to sainsburys and pay that little bit extra for the quality. I sometimes find that the self checkout machines at Tesco take for ever to work and i end up having to take 5 minutes waiting for help! This is really unacceptable as the service is meant to be the quicker option, however it doesn't seem like this is the case

Summary: Better to go for quality than price
