I am fortunate enough to have a Tesco extra store near where I live. I try other supermarkets from time to time but always end up coming back - the reasons?

I find their prices fair and there are always plenty offers too. It is beneficial too when you get extra clubcard points for purchasing certain items, especially when you were buying the item anyway. Now the clubcard has got even better offering £2 per point instead of £1. I usually use mine to pay for weekends away etc.

I find the staff extremely helpful and they are usually really friendly at the checkout which must be hard to keep up all day! A couple of times when my children were a bit younger I have had members of staff offering to push my overflowing trolley to the car in adverse weather conditions to allow me to concentrate on getting the children to the car. They are also good at opening checkouts and directing you to quiet ones so you don't have to wait long.

I find the stores bright and airy and there is always plenty of room in the aisles. I have had many bargains since I started shopping there and hope to get many more!
