Advantages: On line shopping, home delivery, and good PR (So far)

Disadvantages: Delivery price £4.50p but needs more competition.

We have home delivery with Tesco by shopping on line, because the store is over seven miles away. Although we have a Waitrose (too expensive for every day shop) Morrisons, Co-op, Somerfield and lidl nearer. I find the service is good, the drivers polite and their is alway the alternative if a product wasn't available.
Although a delivery fee of £4.50p is added to the bill, Needs to regulate delivery to more customers within same area to decrease the cost; the reasonable prices do out-weigh the extra depending on how much you spend.
We do occassionall visit the store and find it well laid out, the Groceries fresh and the staff friendly and welcoming. They appear to be happy with what they are doing as are the delivery drivers and this goes a long way with good PR.
I have also visited a few Tesco express services and find the same quality with also a wide range of goods available and at reasonable prices.
One can understand why Tesco has a great share of the market.
However one can get bored with shopping at the same place, but if you have the quality already in place you can take a break and shop on line occassionally.
