Tesco supermarket, what did we do without it?
It seems that everyone is shopping at Tesco these days and there popping up everywhere. Why is this?

Well a number of reasons.

Firstly the average price of shopping at Tesco tends to be lower than other supermarkets. They may not be the cheapest on every product but overall with their 2 for 1 deals and buy one get one half price offers your bill at the end of the day turns out better.

Secondly, we are all suckers for a rewards scheme, we feel much better about spending money if we think we are getting something back. Both Asda and Morrisons don't offer this (Well Morrisons do on Petrol), whereas everything you buy in Tesco is worth something, from a pint of milk to an LCD Tv to filling up your car with Petrol.

Then you get your rewards in the post and can use them towards your next shop making your bill cheaper.

Tesco extras are great, not only do they stock more variety of food but they also stock everything else, clothes, a large variety of dvds, cds, birthday cards, tvs, ipods, everything! Which makes it popular with families and people with little time as they can get everything they need from the one store.

Overall tesco for me is good for rewarding its customers making it winner in the publics eyes, even if the products aren't the best on the market.
