Advantages: low in calories, truly a quality flavour. Beats cravings without guilt!

Disadvantages: Though I love this product, I found the lemon meringe flavour to have a strange consistency.

Source's new 'Dessert' flavours (by Yoplait) are a much needed (and appreciated) product by anyone who is trying to follow a diet or eat healthy.

I, like most people, have a hard time watching what I eat as I lack the discipline to ignore my cravings.

Lucky for us, Yoplait has released new yogurt flavours under a 'dessert' line - Strawberry Chantilly, Rasperry Cranberry Crumble, Chcolate Fondue, and Lemon Meringe Parfait.

These are AMAZING at killing your cravings. They taste as good as (and in some flavours even better) than the actual desserts themselves. At 80-90 calories for a 175 grams you're still being good to your body.

Summary: You can meet your cravings for sweet desserts with as little as 80 calories!
