Border Chocolate Covered Brownies ... Border chocolate covered brownies = In my opinion, this is something of a misnomer. I m rather unconvinced that the makers of this product have ever eaten, or seen, a brownie. It s not to say I disliked the product, but along with the a-typical round shape, these brownies completely lacked the chewiness I would expect. Instead they had a decent, solid crunch. And a thick chocolate coating. There is plenty of chocolate here, which is deep, rich and dark; A thick all over coating of chocolate, chocolate biscuit, and chocolate chips. The rich bi... Read the full review: a small luxury by fantiquitous |

The very best shortbread I ve ever tasted was home-made, but some luxury brands come close to that. For the most part, I find Scots brands of foods largely to be of very high quality, and took a trip into trying out Border Strawberry & Cream Shortbread. This shortbread comes in a clear, stiff plastic oblong-shaped box with an image of a few pieces of shortbread with a plate of strawberries and cream on the front and three sides. The fourth side shows nutritional information, ingredient... Read the full review: Superb strawberry shortbread by GentleGenius |
