	Green and Blacks' Organic Milk Chocolate ... surely has to be the king of milk chocolate bars, or indeed of all chocolate bars for that matter. They seem to get just the right ratio of milk, sugar and cocoa to make it next to perfect. I m not into organic produce generally as I find it way too overpirced, but green and black s chocolate is not just organic but also much better quality, with no additives or anything similar. It is just basically sugar, cocoa, milk, vanilla. At 34% cocoa that s a lot higher than most milk chocolate but it still has it s fiar share of milk, equal to that percentage wise of a dairy milk bar. 	Green & Black's Organic Ginger Dark Chocolate ... and Black s ginger chocolate is a sweet dark chocolate bar containing 60% cocoa with 20% embedded pieces of crystallised ginger. Costing £1.89 for a 100g bar, it is one of the posher everyday widely available brands that you can pick up in most supermarkets or health food stores (though don t make the mistake of thinking that means they are healthy - they aren t!). All of the ingredients of the bar are organically certified according to the Soil Association s standards and do not contain any genetically modified material. 	Green & Black's Organic Ginger Dark Chocolate ... shared a bar of this Green & Blacks chocolate with my mum today because we both needed a treat after going shopping. It s a big 100g bar of dark chocolate that has got loads of pieces of crystallised ginger in it. The chocolate is 60% solids and is one of the best dark chocolates I ve tasted because it s proper smooth and creamy with a rich and strong flavour. The ginger pieces are wicked, they make the chocolate taste warmer and the taste of the ginger is strong enough to make the chocolate taste of it.
