John West Tuna Chunks in Brine:
... love tuna whether it be with a salad or in a sarnie or whatever really. I simply love fish and eat it a few times in a week. I love tuna and eat that rather often particularly this John West one. I like quality and I am a little on the fussy side and if I was to spot fish skin or a bit of bone I wouldn t be able to eat it and that s why I avoid getting shops own brands or cheapy offerings and would rather spend ou... John West Tuna Chunks in Sunflower Oil ... West, Something fishy is going on here... I have been buying these cans of Tuna for a long time now and I will actually be reviewing the new edition no drain less mess succulent tuna steak with a little sunflower oil! These little cans are so handy and they can actually go quite a long way, I will give you some of my ideas at the end... So, the cans are 130g in size and are generally quite colourful. With a yellow/green/blue theme to them, they are sure to attract attention. Of course there are alternatives to this particular product, some may be cheaper others more expensive but this is HIGH QUALITY believe me! The new no drain less mess is just a way of savin... John West Tuna Chunks in Brine ... the days when I want something light I usually just open a can of Tuna Chunks, drain it and then throw it with a salad, in a sandwich or toss it with a little pasta. This tuna comes in an aluminium can and a can opener will be required as there is no ring pull on this can. It has a paper label on it displaying the John West logo, a picture of the tuna chunks, ingredients (tuna, water & salt) & nutritional information. There is plenty of brine in the can and this keeps the tuna fairly moist and delicious and once drained off the weight of the tuna is 130g so you get 55g of brine in each can. Also, if you have a cat they might like to drink the brine as my si... Read the full review: John West Tuna With Minimal Brine by katykicker |

John West Tuna Chunks in Brine ... works out to be a bit more economical to buy a little multi-pack of tinned tuna. There is quite often a deal on in Asda too, where I can buy four tins and save a few pennies by doing so! These multi-buy offers really do encourage me to stock up on my beloved tuna fish though, and as a result I end up eating more..! It was whilst I was in my local Co-op store that I noticed the multi-pack of John West tinned tuna chunks in Brine. I was only in the store for milk and a few other essential items, as I do prefer to do the bulk of my shopping elsewhere. I noticed the tinned tuna whilst I was in the store however and I was immediately tempted to buy it as it offered suc...
