	Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce ... think it s quite rare to come across an item that is as versatile as this sauce. Most people will be familiar with eating it on cheese on toast and occasionally I do add a few drops to my cheese when it has been grilled. However that isn t the main way I use Worcestershire Sauce. Since the credit crunch hit I have been trying my best to make tasty, wholesome meals on the cheap and this sauce is now a primary ingredient for all chillies, bolognaises, casseroles, hot pots, cottage pies and gravy. Cook suggestions on the bottle include splashing it over pork chops, adding to gravy and adding to Lancashire hot pot, but I think it goes well in pretty much any sauce or meat ... Just in case you haven t though, it is a thin brown savory sauce which has a slightly spicy, salty and unique taste. 	Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce ... s always a bottle of Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce in our kitchen and we use it for everything. It s great for adding a meatier flavour to chicken stews and can be used in making soup, gravy, spaghetti bolognese and anything else you might want to add a bit of oomph to. It s hard to describe Worcester Sauce. It s like a meaty, spicy, salty liquid that emphasises the different flavours it s used with.
