I love the meaty and firm texture of all of the Mattessons sausages, there s never any gristle or anything nasty inside it. The sausage tastes of pork and is lovely and smokey, the main thing I can taste though is the heat of the chilli and I thought this was a very spicy sausage! The flavour is definately of chilli and I was surprised at how hot the meat is, I could also taste garlic in the sausage and I thought the 2 flavours went yummy together. One bad ... 	Mattessons Garlic Smoked Sausage ... have previously tried the mattessons normal smoked sausage and low fat smoked sausage and when I saw that Asda were doing these on offer for 2 for £2.50 thought I would pick up a couple of packs as standbys in the fridge to make a plain tomato pasta sausage a bit more interesting. I love garlic and as I hadn t tried the garlic version picked up one of these as part of the offer. As with the other mattessons sausages it comes in a foil packet with the sausage in a shrink wrapped plastic container inside. The sausage is in a U shape as can be seen on the packet and is about 12" long. With the sausage being shrink wrapped you need to be a bit more inventive to get...
