Mattessons Smoked Turkey Rashers: ... first came across these when I was dieting last year and I will be going back to them when the New Year s diet starts! The great thing about them is that they make a good alternative to bacon because it is white meat as opposed to red, each rasher only contains 53 calories and they have less than 2% fat. You get about 15 bite-sized chunks of roast chicken and although they are rather artificial tasting and a little watery I still found them surprisingly tasty and I easily polished off the packet. In fact, my one complaint is that they bag is fairly large and the chicken doesn t fill it - I think Mattessons should give you more chicken for your money! Each 65g contains 111 calories and 4.5 grams of fat, which is less than your average packet of crisps and they are more filling. 	Mattessons Fridge Raiders Southern Fried Chicken Bites ... you are constantly on the go it can be difficult to find a quick snack that isn t crisps or sweets, so when I saw this on the shelf of my local Tesco s Extra I decided to try them. I d usually be quite apprehensive about cooked chicken that is contained in a bag, but I decided to give these a try and they didn t disappoint. I would usually associate "southern fried chicken" with grease, but this product was the opposite. Although the chicken was moist it certainly didn t contain grease of feel fatty. 	Mattessons Fridge Raiders - Roast Chicken Flavour ... Raiders have been on special offer in Morrisons for quite a long time, that means they are only about 26p a pack and even though you don t get many chicken pieces in a bag that s still good value. They come in a range of different flavours but these roast chicken ones have always been my favourite. Fridge Raiders and made of 100% chicken breast, they have a "messed with" texture like they chicken satay strips you can buy on the deli in Sainsburys. They re soft and don t need much chewing, that makes them perfect for my 2 year old sister to snack on because my mum doesn t like giving her too many sweets and chocolates.
