rji0907 Princes Corned Beef: ... been a fan of corned beef, both used cold for sandwiches and cooked in dishes such as corned beef hash. However, I am quite fussy over the brand of corned beef that I use. I have tried various brands from the cheapest to the most expensive, but I always stick with Princes Corned Beef nowadays as it is the best I have found by far. ~The Product~ Princes corned beef is the tastiest corned beef on the market in my...

CheekyCharlie08 Princes Corned Beef
... make a wicked corned beef hash, it s my signature dish and that s kinda sad because all it is is mashed potato and corned beef! lol There s an art to the seasoning though and everyone who s tried it has loved it, I say anyway! lol When I make it I always crumble up 2 tins of Princes Corned Beef into little bits and mash it through the hot buttery potatoes. It s wicked any time but in the winter it s proper good comfort food, and that s why I cooked it tonight! We ve ALWAYS used Princes, I didn t even know there were other brands of tinned corned beef available. It s wicked, I don t need to try another brand anyway because this one is soooooo tasty. It s got a ho...

REALTRAVELLER Princes Tuna Chunks in Brine
... bought a tin of these in the shop round the corner the other day. Tuna is very rich in protein and low in fat and can be eaten in salads, with potatoes (I am not able to prepare jacket potatoes properly, but I can mash potatoes) or on its own. Opening the tin (which by the way is made of recyclable material) was easy, although the lid required a bit of help with a knife to detach completely, but i think it is more due to the poor lid opener we are left at home at the moment. The tuna looked quite nice inside, I took off the brine (there is 185 gramms in each tin, but only 130 are of tuna) and poured the tuna into a plate. I had prepared some mashed potatoes and bei...

nayland Princes Tuna Chunks in Brine
... though that for my lunch today I would have a jacket potato with a nice tin of tuna chunks. I have this quite often as it seems to give me the energy to get through the afternoon until tea-time and with having this stinking cold I definitely need something to get me through thats for sure! So I grabbed my tin of Princes Tuna in brine, which I put under the tin opener and pressed until the lid came off and carefully drained all the brine away. Now on first appearances you will see a lovely pinky colour fish sitting all in a row in tiny thick chunks. Now I usually just spoon this into a bowl and add some chopped cucumber, spring onion, tomatoes and a large dollop of Hell...
