	Young's Light and Easy Salmon Crumble ... was out food shopping today, following my purchase of a new skirt from the newly opened Urban Outfitters on Princes Street (that place is such a temptation) and I knew I needed a cheap week of food to make the skirt seem slightly more acceptable. I love Young s products and I have reviewed 1 or 2 in the past, and now it is on to the Salmon Crumble. I picked this up today in Farm Foods for only 75p. They have quite a selection of Young s ready meals and all of the pies are 75p which is a pure bargain. You can pick these up in places like Tesco and Asda for around £1 or slightly over, so Farm Foods is the best bet if you have one to hand. As soon as I got in, I decided f... 	Young's Ocean Pie ... ready meal. Plain and simple, there s no better way to describe this. It s chunks of white fish in a creamy herb sauce, topped with mashed potato. Coming in a frozen plastic tray it looks rather sad, and there s no inviting aroma which offers any encouragement or signs that this is even edible. So into the microwave it goes, and 7 minutes later you re presented with an incredibly hot mini-meal. At this point there is a smell of mashed potato with a very mild fish undertone. 	Young's Ocean Pie ... like fish but am not a great cook and often wouldn t know what to do with it if i bought it. With all the hype on diet and needing to eat more fish I have decided to go for the easy option let someone else make it for me. Hence the Young;s ocean pie. It is priced around £1.30 but was on special offer at BOGOF so i bought 2 one each for my son and myself. The pie is packaged in a plastic container inside a cardboard box (all recyclable). To cook all you have to do is remove the top plastic cover and pop it into the oven.
