It actually has 402 calories when you eat the whole packet (as I did) and 2.6 grams of fat (only 1.4 is saturated). This I feel is not bad especially as it fills you up so much. Ainsley Harriott Chicken Flavour Rice............ After trying Ainsley Harriott's wonderfully flavoursome cous cous, I decided to try out all of his other products that he has in his range. The first one I went for was this Chicken Flavour Rice. I was always a big fan of Bachelors Flavoured Rice so this Ainsley Hariott product was one I was certain I was going to like and I was right! The rice is around 70 pence per packet and I have seen them for sale in most of the leading supermarkets and a lot of smaller local shops too.
