I absolutely love mince pies and buy them rather regularly and of late my Mum has been doing a little shopping in our local Aldi store and been picking these up for us weekly! I was a bit unsure of how good they would be for about 69p for a box of 6 and usually I'm happy to spend quite a bit on this type of product! The Packaging: Purple coloured oblong box with a photograph on the front of the mince pies and I'm told they are Holly Lane, Tempting Cakes, Festive 6 Deep Filled Mince Pies 'Shortcrust pastry cases filled with mincemeat, with a shortcrust pastry lid and lightly dusted with sugar'.
