Alpen cereal bars do exactly what they say on the box, they are delicious, moist and chewy and paked full of fruit and nut pieces. These are great bars for popping in your bag or pocket for a quick and easy snack through the day - I usually have one to keep me going during lectures at uni, or for between dance classes to keep me going. Daughter No.1 was home for Christmas, we had just returned from Malta the previous day, and as the cupboards looked a bit bare, off we went to Costco to stock up ready for Christmas and parties.
