Alpen cereal bars do exactly what they say on the box, they are delicious, moist and chewy and paked full of fruit and nut pieces. These are great bars for popping in your bag or pocket for a quick and easy snack through the day - I usually have one to keep me going during lectures at uni, or for between dance classes to keep me going. Why is it if someone else in the family decides to go shopping with you it costs you more money? Daughter No.1 was home for Christmas, we had just returned from Malta the previous day, and as the cupboards looked a bit bare, off we went to Costco to stock up ready for Christmas and parties. These days the manufacturers have us believe that we are constantly in a hurry with no time to do simple everyday tasks anymore. A while ago I started on a diet and exercise routine. I was at the end of my first day when the longing for chocolate set in.
