Advantages: Quick
Disadvantages: Boring, Can be bad for you, Doesn't fill the tum.
If not then don't bother. If you hadn't heard of cereal bars, then your from some strange planet. It the new answer for ultra quick breakfast for people on the move. I have tried most of these and have ended back with good old enjoyable cereal with milk. The best cereal bar I liked was rise crispys, but I always liked rise crispy cakes and these taste just the same. The Alpen ones are very dry and boring with about one microdot of fruit in them and about half a ton of sugar. Yes a slight exaggeration, but thats how it seems. Two mouthfuls and its gone. Reading the packet, they seem quite good for you, but then you realise you need to eat about 40 to make you feel full. Cereal bars seem to work out more expensive than a box of cereal, and cereal and milk seem to fill you up more than a bar. All the big runners in the cereal market are making these quick snacks, but bewared to look at what your eating or feeding your children. The aint necessarily good for you.
