I love alpro soya brand products of all types, especially their flavoured desserts. These desserts come in vanilla, caramel, chocolate and dark chocolate flavoured. This review is for the dark chocolate variety. These desserts make a great low-calorie treat at only 115 calories per pot. They also contain omega 3 and 6 oils which is important for vegetarians like myself (vegans too) as usually these oils are found in fish. These desserts are also perfect for people with nut allergies as they are produced in a nut-free environment, and for the lactose-intolerant as well. If you're vegan, are looking for a lower-fat treat, or cannot cope with dairy products, you can't go wrong choosing these chocolate delights to fill the cavernous whole left by no chocolate mousse in your dietary life. They come in packs of 4 relatively small pots, and are widely available in health food stores, and in most supermarkets. They have yogurt-type peel-off lids for ease of access, and although the tubs are quite small I actually think that's quite a good thing: they are pretty rich! They make a great desert, but because of that richness I would suggest having them after a light main course as, in my opinion, eating them after a heavy meal would be a bit much! ...
