Last weekend our town held its annual food festival. At this festival you can get a wide range of different food and drink products. We saw an ostrich stall, so being intreagued went for a nosey. They had for sale ostrich burgers, ostrich sausages, ostrich pate, ostrich steaks, just to name a few! What caught our eye was a small piece of ostrich wich had been chopped, mixed with various herbs, and then wrapped in chicken breast, and wrapped again in smoked bacon.
