This pudding has got to be the easier to make pudding ever. It's incredibly simple and really quick to make and yet tastes pretty good, can easily be modified, is really cheap... and a kid crowd pleaser.

You can get Angel delight in a variety of flavours by a variety of brands which never really vaires much. You can usually find butterscotch, chocolate, strawberry and banana. They all taste delicious. The consistancy of the pudding may be a little surprising as it is kind of like a thick creamy liquid and therefore is really easy to eat your way through. You don't even have to put your teeth in!

My personal favourite flavour is butterscotch which I usually buy from Lidl for about 40p. I'd definitely recommend buying this pudding cheap or as a supermarket own brand as I've never experienced any differences between brands and so buying it cheaper is just as good but saves you money (even if it's only around 60p).


Within the packet (no matter what brand you get) you always get a powder. Follow the instructions on the back as to how much milk to add, mix it up, leave it in the fridge to set for ten minutes and you have your dessert. If you didn't believe how quick and easy it was before, believe it now. Anyone can make this pudding, including kids, so it's a great cheap buy. And they can always add fruit to the mix or sprinkles to make it individual.

Summary: Definitely try a packet, it won't set you back much and it should be well worth it
