This stuff's mad, it's just powder that you mix with milk and let it set but it makes a yummy pudding and I've just had a big bowl that was left over from tea time.

I had the butterscotch flavour and it's lovely. It tastes very sweet and has got a yummy caramel flavour that is specially nice when you let it sit in the fridge for a bit.

It's got a lovely soft consistency that melts in your mouth. It's creamy and airy but packed with sugar so not a good food to feed your baby even though it's so soft, my mate gave her daughter the no added sugar version when she was little but I haven't tried that one so don't know if it tastes any different.

This normal sugar Angel Delight tastes so yummy that even though it's really a pudding for kids I know loads of adults who eat it. The butterscotch flavour is so strong that you can't taste the milk in it and when it sets the creaminess helps the butterscotch come through even better.

The powder mixes into the milk proper easy and I never have any lumps left after I've whisked it for a bit with a fork, I think it's easier to make it in a jug so that your can pour it into individual bowls.

You can put toppings on Angel Delight, I don't because I love the taste of it on its own but my sister puts them silver balls on hers and that always looks nice.
