Having been on a bit of a diet kick lately, we bought these instead of ice-cream, Cadburys, cakes, the usual sweet treats. These mousses are a perfect size for the lunchbox, or a quick after dinner treat. The lid states the mousse is made with real chocolate, which seemed a bit anti-diet but at only 85 calories per portion and 1.9g fat Marks & Spencer seemed to have discovered how to make chocolate healthy (okay healthy is a bit of a push, but anything that puts it back on my allowed list is good enough for me!). Well it comes to something when you request a suggestion subject and then wait weeks only for your child to snaffle it from under you, doesn't it?! 'Ahem', I would like to introduce this 'Count on us Chocolate Mousse' from those fabulous food gurus Mr. Marks & Mr. Spencer, folks... This is one dessert of a new variety of sweet treats the company are doing for the dieters/healthy eaters amongst us which they helpfully tie into Weight Watcher points on their count on us products as well as listing the calorific values of the goods. We recently had a lot of 'Count On Us' desserts in from Marks & Spencer which was good as my mum bought a lot of chocolate ones in too! I wasn't supposed to touch them as they were hers but to me if it's in the fridge it's fair game, lol! This Chocolate Mousse one looked really nice and there were three so I figured she wouldn't miss one and I was right...at first! This range is sold in narrow clear plastic pots with a thin plastic sealed lid across the top.
