I love these Cheese Topped Rolls from Asda, you get 4 in a pack and they are with the fresh baked rolls in the supermarket. They're 52p a pack or at the moment are on a brill offer of 3 packs for £1.00, you can't freeze them so you'd have to be prepared to be eating cheese topped rolls for 2 days because they go hard quite quick. You've got to have a good squeeze of these before you buy them, they're supposed to be quite firm but if you squeeze them and feel that they're soft inside then that's the pack you want. Being a bit of a cheese addict, I came across these in my local asda and though I would give them a try as they would be something a bit different for lunch. Basically, they are a white bread roll, with melted cheese on the top, as you'd expect the cheese is no longer actually melted, but it is clear from the appearance that it has been melted and let to set again. I always have these filled with cheese and pickle, although I have no doubt they would work with other fillings.
