Whenever I'm at a Chinese restaurant there is only one meal in my mind. Chicken with sweet and sour sauce and rice. It's only natural I was given the egg fried rice and chicken balls from this meal pack that managed to serve 3 of us. I had this for my dinner last night along with the Chow Mein noodles today for lunch so the flavours should come to mind easier. Now I'm only reviewing these 2 products from this meal for 2. When my partner and I are feeling a little indulgent, we buy an Asda Chinese Meal for Two from the take away food department, which I have previously reviewed. However, when we are feeling VERY indulgent, we buy an Asda Chinese BANQUET Meal for Two! The Banquet Meal costs £7.98 rather than the £6.00 or £6.48 that the normal meals for two cost, and that's because it contains a lot more food. The contents all come individually packaged in plastic trays or bags, inside a large clear plastic bag with a thick red stripe down the centre, some purple dragon illustrations, and a handy plastic handle at the top.
