As a student, having cheap food is important for my budget. I do still, however, want to have food that tastes nice and is relatively good for me, or I don't see the point in buying it. While looking for food products that fitted into the above categories, I happened upon this box of Asda's 10 cod fishcakes in the freezer section. Since I love fishcakes, and the whole box only cost £1, it was something that I couldn't refuse, so I popped a box into my trolley. When I first tried these, I had a couple with some garlic peri-peri sauce, and enjoyed them a lot. The fish centre was very tasty, and was very fishy, which is exactly what you want in a fish cake.
