Asda crisps are 1/3 less than Walkers crisps. All type of flavour crisps are on sale. There is quality difference in comparison to Walkers. Asda crisps are inferior in quality. Crisp is not thick or big as Walkers products. Take Cheese and Onion flavour, Walkers crisp is thicker and the crisp is robust, Asda crisp is thin, over cooked and crumbles very easily, also Asda crisps have higher salt content. I haven’t checked the indigents but from taste this seems to be true.

You pay for the quality, other than several disadvantages crisps from Asda are OK to eat. Consumer has to choose between quality and quantity and sometimes quantity is more important if you have a large family.

The packaging and size of packets are same as Walkers crisps and ones sold by Tesco and other supermarkets. Could it be that crisps are made by same company; ingredients are different to reduce cost.

Packaging and sale: buy single pack, Six packs, 12, and sometime you could bigger boxes are sold with 24, 36 or bigger packs.

I recommend Asda crisps for families on budget, saving orientated shoppers. For the taste freaks Walkers or other original manufacturer product is recommended.

Summary: could eat Asda crisps
