The cheesecake is very rich and creamy, I found I could only eat a very small portion, any more would be quite sickly. My daughter says it is the best cheesecake she has ever had, I don't actually agree I think I prefer a cheesecake to be fruitier. This cheesecake is from asda extra special range retailing at £3.00 for a 500g cheesecake, from the freezer department. The cheesecake is made from thick Cornish clotted cream, the cheesecake layer is quite thick compared to run of the mill cheesecakes you buy, with a fruity strawberry sauce on a digestive base, unlike most cheesecakes the fruity bit is below the cheesecake layer, the topping is what make this cheesecake different, and the topping is a golden crunch brulee made with caramelised Demerara sugar.
