Later on I found that the same size jar of sunflower honey from Tesco costs £2.69, so mine was an excellent value for money.
This honey comes in the nice glass jar you see in the picture and it is no more than 10cm. The Romanian sunflower honey has a light yellow colour and a very deep floral smell. Asda Extra Special Sunflower Honey 340g I caught a cold recently and I wanted something to make my sore throat better other than Strepsils which I hate, so I thought of the lesser of the two evils that is honey. Normally, I only buy honey for cooking as when I make Gordon Ramsay's fantastic Sticky Lemon Chicken, and for this I buy any squeezy honey, but this time I wanted a good table honey.
