 ... with Nutri Grain charging a whopping £2.08 for a pack of 8. Nutritionally, there is just a minor difference, one or two calories and sugars either way, and not worth fussing over. So the real test is down to the eating experience. If I'm honest, the Fruit & Grain have a much fruitier, less syrupy flavour than the Nutri Grain ones, so they're a winner with me. I've always liked cereal bars, and quite enjoy trying new ones. When I discovered Asda's Fruit & Grain range, I tried both the Mixed Fruit and the Apple & Cinnamon bars, and was delighted with them. Being quite partial to the odd blueberry flavoured food, I decided to give that one a try too. In a box, you get 8 cereal bars, which are each individually wrapped. The wrapper itself is a shocking shade of purple, with white lettering across it. The packaging may not be too exciting, but hopefully the inside was. They are a good price, the bag is full with them they are tasty! Of course being sweets they arent that good for you!
