I love Coconut but my partner isnt a fan so this is ideal as its not overpowering like some Korma Sauces. It is a soft yellow colour and has a smooth and creamy texture to it. The smell is lovely and a full charge would have all the family drooling. It promises no hydrogenated fat, artificial colours or favours. To prepare i literally fried some chicken and added some extra vegetables that i we enjoy, pour over ...more

I normal buy Sharwood's Korma sauce but I was cooking for my young daughter aswell; giving her a taste of her first Korma. In an attempt to reign in my ever expanding girth I decided to start replacing my usual products with low fat and low sugar versions of the same, hence my foray into the 'Good for You' range sold in Asda. At 79p for a 570g jar this cooking sauce seemed like the ideal solution to a tight budget and an even tighter waist band so I swapped my usual Patak sauce for this one. With 109 calories per quarter jar and less than 5% fat I felt my hips sigh with relief as I put the Korma sauce into my trolley alongside some saintly chicken breasts and basmati rice. Described as a "mild and creamy curry sauce with onion, coconut, almonds and garam ...  Read the complete review
