 ... easily fills a large dinner plate and if you and your eating partner only like small portions you could probably split it between two and have some bread or salad on the side. There was quite a lot of chicken and it was nice and soft rather than the horrible rubbery chicken you often find in ready meals. The vegetables had all cooked through nicely, though there were too many chick peas for my liking. The couscous was OK though I found the tomatoey sauce a bit bland and would have liked it to have a bit more taste...more

This is the second meal that I have tried from Asda's Good For You range, which is supposed to be lower in fat and calories than standard ranges, and aims to provide you with more nutrients. The meal is called 'Moroccan style lemon chicken' and is described as 'Tended chicken breast fillets in a fragrant sauce with lemon, honey and ginger, served with roasted vegetables and cous cous'. The vegetables include courgettes, red and yellow peppers, onions and chick peas. The meal can be cooked from frozen or chilled.
