Whilst in Asda today I noticed Asda's Good For You probiotic pineapple yoghurt and feeling a little bit peckish I decided to buy one to take home for my dinner. The yoghurt comes in a 150g clear pot, which contains all the information you could need to know about the yoghurt. The lid clearly states that the yoghurt has less than 1% fat and no hidden nasties. The lid is also white and yellow in colour and on the whole very summery and enticing. After discovering the truths behind Aspartame, I decided to lay off my much-loved Müller yoghurts for a while, and went in search for an alternative. After stumbling across the 'Good For You' range in Asda, I couldn't wait to try the fantastic flavours they were offering. After falling in love with the splendid strawberry flavour, I decided to try the pineapple option. I'd just recently tried the Müller Peach & Pineapple yoghurt, which might as well have just been Pineapple, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I just hoped this one was just as good.
