Given the chance, I think I would be quite happy to eat nothing but yoghurt. Though, I doubt that would be a smart idea! I do tend to eat yoghurts almost daily though, and found I was consuming an awful lot of Müller Lights. As healthy as they may seem, they contain Aspartame, and when I learned that it encourages weight gain and makes you crave carbohydrate and sweet products if you consume it in large amounts, I decided eating Müller daily was no longer the best idea.
