It's in the Good for you range as it contains only 99 calories per quarter jar, less than 1% fat and no artificial flavours or hydrogenated fat. I'm sure anyone who regularly reads my reviews knows by now that I'm not the best of cooks and tend to stick to frozen food. However, the one thing that I do cook since my husband became a huge fan of it when we visited Thailand last year, is sweet and sour chicken with rice. I don't make it completely from scratch but it's the best you'll get from me! I buy a jar of sweet and sour sauce to tip over the chicken and rice once it's cooked. I usually vary between the sauce jars that I buy depending on what's on offer at the time but the one which I find myself buying most often is Asda's Good for you Sweet & Sour Cooking Sauce. A wonderfully versatile oil that is bursting with warming Mediterranean flavour !!! A little costly (but worth it).
