When I select my yoghurts, I prefer to eat those low in fat. When I discovered the truths behind the Aspartame found in my preferred brand of yoghurt, I decided to was time to go in search of a new option. That's when I discovered the small, though much appealing, Good For You range at Asda. Among their fruity flavours of yoghurt, they offer a Probiotic Vanilla yoghurt. I'm not a huge fan on sweet yoghurts, though I don't mind vanilla. The plastic pot this particular yoghurt came it is clear, with a shiny plastic lid.
