I'd don't often buy sugary cereals but I made the mistake of doing my online shop whilst I was hungry and dumped a whole load of rubbish into the trolley, these being one of them. They are of course a take on the Kelloggs version and are mini circular hoops made up of oats and wheat and finished off with a coating of honey. They are a pale yellow in colour and if you look closely you can see that they have slight shine to them which is the honey glazing. They have added iron and are a good source of fibre.
