... itself, I bought them as I did not want to pay the premium brands price for something that husband eats like toffees when they are in the house. I think they are a very good imitation of the real deal, the orangey bit is lovely and sweet with a slight tang of orange, the sponge is as you would expect- fluffy and slightly sweet. The chocolate as I have found with most jaffa cakes was thin but I was surprised, in a good way, that the chocolate was not as cheap tasting as I had expected considering the price difference...more

I bought these for 39p for the pack of 12 but they do come in triple packs although am unsure of the price. The box is a fairly simple design, bright orange cardboard box with white writing and picture of said jaffa cakes. They are ok for vegetarians too I noticed. I love Jaffa Cakes but who wants to pay the prices they charge now a days? They are so expensive when you compare them to the cost of these, the supermarkets own version. I opted for the cheap version with a what's the worst that can happen attitude. These come in a bright orange box, very eye-catching. There is a picture of the cakes on the front and they look exactly like their expensive ...  Read the complete review
