... a little disappointing so I would advise you to buy more than one which leads me to my next point. These jelly beans are highly addictive and whether you eat them by the handful or one by one, you will be left wanting more once the bag has gone. The jelly beans come in lots of different colours and flavours and I would say that they are evenly distributed which makes a change. The exact flavours are Lemon, Raspberry, Orange, Blackcurrant, Pear & Lime flavour. My favourite has to be the pear flavour because it m...more

I love Jelly Beans, but don't often have them, as the 'proper' jelly beans made by the Jelly Belly company are incredibly expensive. So when I saw these at Asda I was tempted. They cost just 37 pence for a 100 gram packet and are also part of Asda's 3 for £1 promotion on certain sweets, so if you take advantage of this they will cost you only 33 pence. The jelly beans come in a brightly coloured pink and red packet. In the centre it has a see through circle which lets you look at the jelly beans before purchasing them, a feature I always think is helpful, especially with supermarket own brand sweets when you can never be sure what you're going to ...  Read the complete review

I completely love Jelly Beans! I have a really sweet tooth & love anything sugary - im like a big kid. Some Jelly Beans can be quite expensive, up to £10 for a small jar which i think is a total ripoff especially as kids would probably be the main ones buying them. I was attracted to Asda Jelly Beans because of the price - 3 bags for a pound mean you cant really go wrong. Lets face it, in this day & age we all love a bargain & i am a total bargain hunter. I plodded along to Asda yesterday to stock up on these Jelly Beans so i could sit & munch away at them will watching the X Factor. They come in a colourful bag with balloon shapes ...  Read the complete review

Asda do, as most supermarkets these days, their own line of sweets. They have a long running offer on in that you can buy three different sweetie bags for £1 or if you just want one then you can get a bag for 36p. These jelly beans are part of that offer and I often pick up a few bags because I am a jelly bean addict. The bag weighs in at 100g but when you open the bag it is barely half full which is always a little disappointing so I would advise you to buy more than one which leads me to my next point. Premium Review Bow down and worship the Jelly Bean (256 words)

As a child I couldn't abide jelly beans, there was something sinister about the "jelly" part of the name that I couldn't suss. Jelly was wobbly, jelly sweets were soft, yet "jelly beans" were almost crunchy. My love affair with the beans started when I was pregnant and craved anything sweet and green, various types of sweets were tried to fit the craving but jelly beans came out on top. Of course there was never enough green ones to beat the craving so I struck out and had to eat the other flavours too. Over the ensuing years I've tried most brands, even dipping my toes in the high end market with the all flavoured variety, of ...  Read the complete review
