Asda Lighter Soft Cheese

Other information on the tub ... more  ... gives me allergy advice, nutritional information and storage advice along with size, being told it's suitable for Vegetarians, contact details for Asda are given and finally there is bar-code on there.
The Soft Cheese....
Firm in the tub but spreadable, it's a white colour with a light smell of milk to it.
Taste-wise it's really sour and a bit curdled tasting really. Instead of being glossy it's more fermented than that and a bit soggy really.

I love crackers and there is one thing I adore on them and that is soft cheese however being on a health and fitness regime means I've had to dabble with 'lighter' options of late. My Mother got me this the other day in Asda priced at 65p and I was excited to try it on my trusted Ryvitas! The Packaging.... 200g plastic oblong squarish tub with a see through plastic cover that goes over the top and covers a light blue and silver peel off cover protecting the soft cheese that's underneath.
