I love cereal and eat it all the time. I especially like a bowl before bedtime although lately I have been trying to stop eating carbs after six o clock because I'm trying to lose a bit of weight. These Malted Wheaties are a great cheap alternative to Shreddies and they usually cost around a pound for a 500g box. They are on offer quite a lot and are usually two boxes for two pounds which I think is very reasonable. What are they? Malted Wheaties are little squares of malted wheat. I've always been a breakfast cereal person, and although I usually stick to my normal weetabix, now and again I will try something new. I've always liked Shreddies, and when my mam brought back Asda's own version, 'Malted Oaties', I couldn't wait to try them! The Malted Oaties come in a blue cardboard box, and on the front there is a slightly-cartoon image of the cereal. When you open the box, you'll see that the little pale brown squares look exactly as they are meant to, perfectly knitted and unbroken (well, mine weren't!).
