I like Cheerios but when I saw that Asda did their own version and that they were on offer, I decided to give them a go. I managed to get 2 500g boxes for just £2 which I thought was a bargain. I thought that these were a healthier cereal but when the box arrived and I studied the nutritional information, I relaised that they weren't as good as I first thought. A 30g bowl will provide you with 169 calories, 3.5g of fat and 11.4g of sugar. Now I know that, that isn't really bad but to me they seem quite high in sugar which I don't think is a good idea first thing in the morning and considering I bought them with my eldest son in mind, I wouldn't want him to ...
