Asda Pizza Base Mix

I use this, or the Tesco version (there's little difference) on pretty much a weekly basis. I love a nice homemade pizza but don't have time to make the dough totally from scratch - however I am yet to find a ready made pizza base that I like, so this is a happy compromise. ~~~What you get~~~ A box of this mix costs around 50p (in either supermarket) and contains 2 sachets of Pizza Base Mix. The concept is simple, in the box there are two sachets with all the ingredients you'll need except water in the sachet. Each sachet is enough to make two 20cm pizzas. Asda Pizza Base Mix: I love making fresh pizzas from scratch but to be honest I can't always be bothered and activating the yeast doesn't always work me so I thought I would try the Asda pizza base mix so I could whip up some fresh pizzas at a moments notice. The mixes are really cheap at only 55p for a box that contains enough mix for two 8" pizza bases.
