Biscuits don't last very long in our household with me, my son and my daughter munching on them. Custard Creams aren't really my favourite biscuits, but my daughter likes them so I decided to try these. I saw these in ASDA for just 30p for a fairly big pack of about 40 biscuit so thought it was definitely worth a try. The biscuit itself is a creamy centre sandwiched by two crunchy biscuits. They're the same as bourbons but not chocolate basically. I did try a few and ended up munching on them as well as my daughter and they are actually really nice. When you dunk the biscuit, the biscuit part goes soggy, but the cream filling holds it all together ... Read the complete review

Let's be honest here. Along with the Bourbon, Custard Creams are the devils biscuits. Unfortunately I have Grandparents who thrust them into my face whenever I go round and I really have no other option than to eat them, washing them down quickly with a tepid cup of tea. Such special moments. The Custard Cream is basically 2 small biscuits wedged together with a custard flavoured cream centre. Resembling a sandwich type look if you like. They also have a little swirly pattern on top as well. I'll give you that, in my opinion they do look quite sweet...for a biscuit. The problem being is that are also very sweet, especially when you get to the ... Read the complete review

I very rarely buy biscuits because we try to eat healthy in the week and have pocket money at the weekend to spend on whatever we like. This sounds ridiculous but I would literally be twenty stone if this ritual wasn't in play because I can certainly pack away a lot of junk food. Unfortunately for me, when I did the monthly Asda shop I was quite peckish so I ended up bunging a packet of these into the trolley. The fact that I had seen them on the Dooyoo listing had absolutely nothing to do with it..........Well ok, maybe that was partly in my mind at the time too! The biscuits cost around 30p for a packet and you can expect to get around 35 biscuits for that ... Read the complete review

I don't normally shop in Asda but when I was away for the weekend with my husband it was the only nearby supermarket so we didn't really have much choice. I don't have a problem with buying the supermarkets own version of food and I really like most Tesco Value products and have nothing against Sainsbury's Basics ones either but I have to say that I don't trust Asda Smart Price. This is mainly because I have had a lot of bad experiences buying products from Asda, they normally seem to be gone off or broken but that might just be my local store. So as you can guess I was a little bit dubious about buying Asda Smart Price Custard Creams. I couldn't go the whole weekend ... Read the complete review

Time for a short review to give my wrists a rest! A biscuit is a biscuit I always say and through every custard cream I have tasted I have to say that it really is difficult to tell them apart. The only thing that separates them is of course the price and when deciding to buy biscuits recently for the first time in months I decided to take the aforementioned statement to heart and picked up a couple of packets of Asda's Smart Price custard creams. A custard cream of course is a rectangular shaped biscuit that makes a sandwich out of a layer of creamy, custard filling and as most biscuits tend to be is decorated on the outside with various ...
