I actually wanted some of the Hovis digestive biscuits when I was shopping but couldn't find any so I thought I would give these a go - especially as they were only 30p a packet.

The packet was fairly easy to open - no tear strip but the packet top opened fairly easily. This I found a bonus because I hate opening biscuits and then the packet rips leaving half the biscuits on the floor!

These biscuits were a little bit smaller than the McVities varieties that I have bought in the past but not significantly. They were possibly a little bit thinner too.

The biscuits themselves were really tasty and not too sweet - they had a real crunch to them. I also thought that I had better put them to the dunk test and I can report that they passed this test with flying colours.

These biscuits will be on my shopping list whenever I go to ASDA from now on because they tasted nice and were good value - and they didn't break off in the bottom of my coffee cup - what more can you want!
